ROS2 Over CAN now supported
ODrive Robotics is excited to announce an official ROS2 package, compatible with ODrive Pro and S1!
In line with our mission of enabling easier robotic motion, it’ll now be more convenient than ever before to integrate any number of ODrives with a new or existing ROS2-based robot system.
The odrive_can package implements the ability to command ODrive axis states, torque/velocity/position setpoints, and query controller status and feedback, all over CAN bus.
We’re all incredibly excited to see what our users and community members create, and the projects and functionality this integration enables!
